Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the Property Smart Track (PST) operated by The Property Frontline (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in the Program through our website or authorised platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The PST is an interactive toolkit designed to help participants make confident, informed, and selective property-buying decisions. It combines professional property advice, education, and support delivered by Debra Beck-Mewing, a Qualified Property Investment Professional (QPIA), and her team of property experts.

These Terms explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and the conditions under which refunds, upgrades, and cancellations apply. Please read them carefully before purchasing, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and the scope of the PST.

  1. Overview

The Property Smart Track (“PST”, “the Toolkit”) is delivered by The Property Frontline  (owned by Crave Property Advisory ABN 11 604 606 948) to help property buyers confidently and effectively navigate the purchase process.

The PST provides a structured experience that includes video training, frameworks, market insights, and support tools designed to help PST participants make informed buying decisions while taking a streamlined approach to the buying process.

Participation in the PST does not create a client relationship for property search, negotiation, or acquisition services unless separately agreed in writing.

  1. Program Access and Duration

  • The PST access begins on your enrolment date and concludes 12 months later.

  • During this period, you will receive access to:

    • The Property Smart Track Framework and its core modules

    • Checklists, templates, calculators, and interactive tools

    • Group community access and specialist support via the Property Smart Squad

    • Bonus inclusions where offered during your intake (e.g. Negotiation Navigator, discounts, or bonus live sessions).

  • At the end of your 12-month term, you may choose to extend or upgrade your access at the then-current pricing.

  1. Fees and Payment

  • Program fees are payable as either:

    • One upfront payment of AUD $799 (incl. GST); or

    • Specialist pricing during promotional periods.

  • Payments are processed automatically via the method used at purchase.

  • Engagement is confirmed after the first payment has been successfully processed.

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspended access until payment is resolved.

  • All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

The PST provides immediate access to proprietary materials and bonus content. However, we want every member to feel confident in their decision.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • If you decide the PST isn’t right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • To be eligible, your request must be made in writing to [email protected] within that 14-day period.

  • Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 2 business days.

After the 14-day period:

  • Refunds are not available, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Participants on the payment plan may cancel future payments at any time; cancellation will immediately end access to the Toolkit materials, communities, and bonuses.

No partial or pro-rata refunds are offered for unused portions of the PST.

  1. Program Conduct and Community Standards

To maintain a professional, safe, and supportive environment:

  • You agree to act respectfully toward other participants, coaches, and team members.

  • You will not share confidential or proprietary information from the Toolkit outside the group.

  • The Property Frontline reserves the right to remove any participant who breaches these standards or behaves inappropriately during any live sessions, online groups, or communications. 

  1. Upgrades and Bonuses

  • PST participants may be offered upgrade opportunities to related services such as the Negotiation Navigator or Buy Like a Genius services.

  • Any bonuses or discounts offered during your cohort (such as fee reductions or toolkit access) are valid only for the duration or deadlines specified at the time of offer.

  • Upgrade availability, bonuses, and inclusions may change from cohort to cohort.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the PST - including frameworks, templates, videos, checklists, and training materials - remains the exclusive property of The Property Frontline.  You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share the Toolkit content with others without prior written consent.

  1. Disclaimer

The PST is developed and delivered by The Property Frontline, led by Debra Beck-Mewing, a Qualified Property Investment Professional (QPIA). The Toolkit provides professional property advice and education designed to help participants make informed decisions, streamline and improve their property-buying outcomes.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information provided, results are not guaranteed. Property performance, financial outcomes, and purchasing success depend on individual circumstances and market factors outside The Property Frontline’s control.

The PST provides general property guidance and educational content and should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent financial, taxation, or legal advice. Participants are encouraged to seek specialist input where appropriate before making any final decisions.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Property Frontline and its representatives are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation in the PST.  Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and managed in accordance with the The Property Frontline Privacy Policy, available at https://www.propertyfrontline.com.au/privacy_policy  By accessing the Toolkit, you consent to receive PST-related emails, reminders, and updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

  1. Program Changes and Availability

The Property Frontline may make reasonable updates to the Toolkit content, structure, or delivery methods to improve the learning experience.  If any major changes occur that materially affect your access or inclusions, you will be notified in advance.  Toolkit availability, session schedules, and bonuses may vary by intake.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
